- 1 1/4 Cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Reduced-calorie Margarine
- 1 1/4 Cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract

- 3 Each Egg White
- 1/3 Cup Craisin
- 1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Golden Raisins
- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal

Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

Combine flour, oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa and salt in a stainless steel bowl. Do not sift, just mix by hand.

Using the mixer:
Combine butter, reduced calorie margarine and brown sugar in a large bowl; blend on a mixer using a paddle at medium speed until well blended. Add Almond extract and egg white; beat one minute. Stir in flour mixture, craisins and golden raisins. Blend for 30 seconds,stop the mixer and add the chocolate chips. Blend until completely mixed. Do not overmix the dough.

Drop by level tablespoons or scoop using a 1 ounce scoop, 2-inches apart onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Chill dough for 5 minutes for. After the dough is chilled bake at 350-degrees for about ten minutes or until lightly browned.
